Another nice recipe from Daniela Soukup.

3 Chicken breasts

2 tbsp of butter

2 tbsp of flour

1 clove of garlic chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

A pinch of nutmeg powder

14oz of milk

3 tbsp of mustard

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and garlic. Set aside.

Heat the milk to a simmer. Set aside.

In a saucepan, pour in the butter and the flour.

Turn on the heat and stir until the flour get mixed with the butter.

Slowly add some of the warm milk to the flour and butter mixture. Keep adding more milk and keep stirring it until you have all the flour dissolved. You want a nice, creamy consistency.

If you want a thinner sauce, you can add some cold milk now.

Turn the heat off. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.

Now add mustard. Set aside.

Grill the chicken breasts. You can do it in a skillet on the top of the stove.

Top the chicken with the sauce.

You may serve this with white rice or potatoes and a salad.
