These are so easy to make and they melt in your mouth, perfect with a hot cup of coffee.

I just showed my daughter how to make them and we had a blast, she is now the Raspberry Caves princess in the family.

2 sticks butter

½ cup of sugar

1 tbs vanilla sugar

1 2/3 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

Set the oven at 345 degrees

Cut the butter in smaller pieces, then mix butter and sugar until soft and smooth.

Mix flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Mix it with the butter and sugar mix.

Shape the dough into a roll, cut into 20 pieces, roll the pieces to balls. Push down your thumb into each ball making a small dent. Fill the dent with Raspberry preserves. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes.
